Suggest a Problem

What deserves a closer look?

Some problems make national headlines. Others quietly shape everyday life in a neighbourhood, school, workplace, or community.

Tell us about an issue affecting people in Indonesia that you think deserves a fresh approach. You do not need to have a solution.

What to share

Help us understand:

  • What is happening? Describe the problem in a few sentences.
  • Who is affected? Explain whose daily life is made harder.
  • Where does it happen? A city, region, or general setting is enough.
  • What makes it difficult to solve? Share any barriers or previous attempts you know about.
  • Where can we learn more? Include a news article, report, or other public source if available.

Firsthand observations are welcome. Please distinguish what you have personally experienced from what you have heard from others.

What happens next?

We consider suggestions based on their public relevance, available information, and potential for a useful exploration.

We may combine related suggestions, seek further sources, or contact you if you provide an email address. We cannot promise a reply or an article for every submission.

Share with care

Please leave out identity numbers, exact home addresses, private medical information, and other sensitive details. Avoid naming private individuals when a general description will explain the issue.

This submission channel is for editorial suggestions and is not monitored as an emergency or official complaints service.
